Hotel is close to the airport with free 24h shuttle service. We got an upgraded to a very specious room and even though it was on the 2nd floor, it was very quiet. The breakfast was ok - there weren't too many choices but enough for you not to be hungry. We arrived very late and the receptionist was really nice and made us feel very welcomed. Shuttle services are stopping at every terminal, there is a special place for hotels outside on the upper floor, marked in red - it was relatively easy to find. We waited for the shuttle around 20-25 mins but we arrived very late at night. In the the morning we took the shuttle back to the airport and we waited similar time outside for it.

Location to the airport, shuttle service to and from hotel to airport, large rooms, subway and coffee and Krispy Kreme on site. There is a restaurant onsite as well. Elevators are very safe as it will only take you to your floor. Ability for a late checkout was grateful. Rooms are soundproof. Kitchenette would be great if I stayed longer than one night. Location was ideal and ease of transport to and from airport....didnt have to wait long for the shuttle pick up....communication prior to arrival was great

The breakfast was good with a good variety of options not fancy but solid with fresh fruit and cereal to waffles and or two kinds of eggs. The staff and room were great. We only needed a one night stay. We had an early flight to Hawaii and we wanted to make sure we weren't late fighting traffic to LAX. Also, they offer covered parking for $25 a night while we were on our vacation and the shuttle service to LAX was great. We would stay there again and utilize all services.
